Platform, Collective & Agency Qualification

Structured pilots for networks and rosters.

For athletic collectives, talent agencies, league networks, and digital platforms seeking a measured product campaign under written terms.

Core Architecture

Built for multi-party compliance & clean economics.

Structured capabilities for high-volume creator networks and athletic platforms.

01 · Responsibilities

Partner & Platform Roles

Clear division of operational responsibilities ensures compliance and brand integrity:

  • Platform Partner: Manages roster onboarding, identity verification, campaign scheduling, and local relationships.
  • ODR CNTRL: Handles physical inventory, e-commerce checkout, tax collection, automated attribution, direct consumer fulfillment, and payout settlement.
  • Compliance: Enforces FTC endorsement disclosures, approved cosmetic claim limits, and state/high-school/NCAA NIL rules.
02 · Economics

Attribution & Payout Structures

Transparent revenue share and automated settlement infrastructure:

  • Standard Rates: $17.50 per qualifying first customer purchase ($30 tracked price), $8.75 per repeat customer order.
  • Custom Master Agreements: Tiered performance bonuses and custom platform commission splits for high-volume rosters under written agreement.
  • Payout Execution: Payouts are issued through Stripe Connect after the order qualifies under program terms. Refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged-back orders do not qualify.
