Creator Partner Network Terms

Effective Date: July 26, 2026. These terms govern participation in the ODR CNTRL Creator Partner Program. Participation requires application approval, adherence to FTC disclosure and cosmetic claim boundaries, and secure Stripe Connect onboarding.

1. Eligibility and Partner Review

The Creator Partner Program is available to adults 18 years or older residing in the United States. ODR CNTRL reviews all applications for content quality, audience fit, brand alignment, and compliance history. Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of ODR CNTRL.

2. Standard Creator Commission Schedule

Approved creators operating under the standard program earn commissions on qualifying attributed orders as follows:

Standard Commission Rates

First-Customer Qualifying Bottle Order ($30 price): $17.50 per bottle
Repeat Customer Qualifying Orders: $8.75 per bottle
Attribution Window: 30 days via tracked link or code
Payout Threshold & Method: Stripe Connect direct deposit

Commissions are earned on settled, non-refunded, non-disputed orders generated through assigned tracked referral links or unique discount codes. If custom written campaign terms (e.g. flat-fee sponsorship, whitelisting, or exclusive event briefs) are executed, those written terms shall override the standard schedule for the specified campaign scope.

3. Exclusions, Refund Reversals & Self-Purchases

Commissions are not paid on self-referred orders, test orders, canceled purchases, refunded items, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, or traffic generated via unauthorized paid search bidding on ODR CNTRL trademarks. Any commission previously credited for an order that is subsequently refunded or charged back will be deducted from future payout balances.

4. Content Standards & FTC Disclosures

Partners agree to maintain full transparency and strict legal compliance in all promotional content:

Material Connection Disclosure: Prominently disclose gifted product or affiliate financial incentive in all posts, videos, captions, and audio using clear language (e.g., #Gifted, #Affiliate, or platform paid partnership tags).
Cosmetic Claims Only: Describe ODR CNTRL solely as a fragrance-free cosmetic odor-reset product for external use on body, clothes, and gear. Do not make medical, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiperspirant, or Verified permanent odor elimination claims.
Authentic Experience: Share honest personal testing results. Do not fabricate reviews or misrepresent product performance.

5. Stripe Connect & Payout Mechanics

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Creator partners must complete Stripe onboarding to receive direct deposits. ODR CNTRL does not collect or store private bank account numbers or tax identification numbers directly; all sensitive tax and payout details are secured by Stripe. Partners are responsible for any tax liabilities arising from earnings.
